These terms cover your use of this website, run by Basra Bay International Market & Deli, formerly International Market & Deli, at 580 Lighthouse Ave, Monterey, CA 93940. By using the site, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you send us.

We keep the menu, prices, hours and product information here as current as we can, but they can change without notice, and imported goods sometimes sell out. The price at the register is the price you pay. Photos show how a dish is usually served; portions and garnishes vary.

Many of our foods contain wheat, dairy, sesame or tree nuts: pita, tzatziki and feta, tahini and hummus, and baklava among them. These ingredients are handled in our kitchen every day, so we can't guarantee that any item is free of an allergen.

Vegetarian tags describe the recipe. If you have an allergy or follow a strict diet, tell us before you order and we'll walk you through the ingredients. Packaged groceries carry their makers' labels, so please read them before you buy.

Sending a catering inquiry or a special-order request doesn't book anything. We'll reply to confirm the menu, quantities, price and timing, and whether you're picking up, getting delivery or gathering at International Cafe. An order is booked only when we confirm it with you directly. Lead time, delivery area, deposits and cancellations are agreed when you book.

How we handle your number is in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Please use the site and its forms for real questions and orders. Don't send spam, try to break or overload the site, collect other people's information from it, or use it to harass anyone. We may block messages that look automated or abusive.

The photos, text and logo on this site belong to Basra Bay International Market & Deli or are used with permission. Please ask before using them commercially. Customer reviews appear as their authors wrote them on Google. Press quotes are credited to the publications that wrote them, and those names belong to them.

We link to maps, social media, review sites, news articles and International Cafe's website. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

We provide this website as it is. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or available. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law, including your rights as a customer when you buy from us.
